Bishop Mark Collier is a husband, father of five, pastor, leadership architect, worship artist, and builder of leaders whose life’s work is rooted in one unwavering conviction: transformation is possible when systems and souls encounter the presence of God.
He serves faithfully alongside his wife, Pastor Ashley Collier, whose prophetic insight, strength, and love for God have deeply shaped both their family and ministry. As the founder of the Pure Oil Apostolic Covenant, Bishop Mark provides apostolic covering, leadership development, and relational support for pastors, leaders, creatives, and ministry builders. Pure Oil is a Spirit-led, covenant-based network designed to strengthen leaders, support healthy churches, and cultivate ministries that burn with purity, longevity, and impact. Rooted in Exodus 27:20, Pure Oil emphasizes holiness, character, accountability, and authentic relationship; not hierarchy or control.
Bishop Mark is also the creator of The Effective Leaders Coaching Program, a comprehensive leadership development framework designed for pastors, directors, and emerging leaders.
