Pure Oil Apostolic Covenant is a family of pastors, leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and ministries committed to purity, integrity, covenant relationships, and kingdom impact. Anyone who desires covering, mentorship, leadership development, strategy, accountability, and authentic relationship may apply.

2. The Joining Process

This is the official and standardized pathway to become part of the Pure Oil family.

Step 1: Complete the Pure Oil Questionnaire

​Applicants complete the Pure Oil Covenant Application Questionnaire.  This helps us learn:

• Who they are
• Their call and mission
• Ministry or business history
• Personal growth areas
• Alignment with the Pure Oil vision

Step 2: Review and Prayerful Consideration

​The Pure Oil leadership team will prayerfully review all applications.  We evaluate:

• Spiritual maturity
• Leadership readiness
• Vision alignment
• Character and integrity
• Covenant compatibility

​

Step 3: Virtual Meeting or Interview

Applicants will receive an email to schedule a virtual meeting with Pure Oil leadership.  In this meeting we discuss:

• Calling
• Expectations
• Needs for covering or mentorship
• Vision and purpose alignment

Step 4: Covenant Expectations Explained

During or after the interview we explain:

• Pure Oil standards
• Culture of honor
• Relationship expectations
• Event participation
• Accountability and communication flow
• Financial honor moments if applicable
• Opportunities for development

Step 5: Attend Required Pure Oil Events

Before being officially received applicants should attend:

• At least one Pure Oil gathering virtual or in person
• One training, cohort, or leadership call
• One worship, prayer, or impartation moment
• The Pure Oil Intro Session if applicable

This ensures they experience the culture, relationship, and spiritual atmosphere.

Step 6: Official Welcome into the Pure Oil Covenant

Once the above steps are completed:

• A confirmation email is sent
• They are welcomed into the Pure Oil family
• They gain access to Pure Oil trainings, communications, cohorts, and leadership support
• They are placed in the appropriate Pure Oil department such as Pure Shepherds, Pure Voices, Pure Creatives, Pure Marketplace, Pure Marriages, Pure Generations, or Pure Effective.
